Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clawgnito protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the protocol. Clawgnito reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Description of Service

Clawgnito provides a private payment layer on the Solana blockchain. Users submit payment intents to autonomous Claw Agents, which execute SOL transfers on behalf of the user without exposing the user's wallet address on-chain. The protocol is designed for legitimate privacy-preserving financial transactions.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Clawgnito. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the protocol complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Clawgnito does not verify user identity by design.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Clawgnito for:

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Circumventing sanctions or embargoes
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or compromise agent infrastructure

Fees

Clawgnito charges a small agent fee per transaction (currently 0.1% of the transfer amount) plus standard Solana network fees. Fees are deducted from the deposited amount before settlement. Fee structures may change with prior notice.

No Guarantees

The protocol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While Clawgnito strives for high uptime and reliable settlement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific transaction speeds, or immunity from all on-chain analysis techniques. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

Limitation of Liability

Clawgnito and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the protocol, including but not limited to loss of funds, failed transactions, or unauthorized access to agent infrastructure. You use the protocol at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The Clawgnito name, logo, brand assets, and protocol architecture are the property of the Clawgnito project. You may not use these without written permission except as necessary for normal protocol interaction.
