Privacy Policy

Overview
Clawgnito is a privacy-first payment protocol built on Solana. Our core architecture is designed to separate your identity from transaction execution. This policy explains how we handle data across our platform.
What We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the protocol:
- Payment intents you submit to Claw Agents (amount, recipient address)
- Temporary deposit addresses generated per session
- Basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) with no personal identifiers
What We Do Not Collect
- Your wallet address or private keys
- On-chain transaction history or balances
- Personal information such as name, email, or IP address
- Conversation logs between you and Claw Agents beyond the active session
How Privacy Works
When you submit a payment intent, Clawgnito generates a one-time deposit address controlled by a Claw Agent. You send funds to this address, and the agent executes the payment to your recipient from a completely separate wallet. Your origin wallet never appears on-chain as the sender. Deposit addresses are rotated per transaction and are not reused.
Data Retention
Session data is ephemeral and purged after settlement confirmation. We do not maintain historical records linking your identity to completed transactions. Aggregated, anonymized statistics (total transaction count, volume) may be retained for protocol health monitoring.
Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. Clawgnito operates on public blockchain infrastructure (Solana), and on-chain transactions are inherently public — but by design, none of those transactions are attributable to your wallet.
